My S.T. DUPONT (French Dupont) needs to be repaired. What should I do?




No matter whether the problem of your Dupont S.T.Dupont product is within the scope of warranty, please call first, or send the email to S.T.Dupont maintenance department for declaration of maintenance. The French S.T.Dupont does not accept the direct delivery of the maintenance products.

After the maintenance department confirmed your application with your telephone or e-mail communication, please send the product to the specified address according to the requirements. When you send the product, you have to attach the following information, otherwise the French S.T.Dupont company will not accept the maintenance request:
Your detailed and exact contact way;

2. purchase certificate (purchase of small ticket or copy of invoice).

After receiving the product and completing the inspection:
If the warranty is within the scope of the warranty, free maintenance will be provided.
